This policy covers the vfx.plus website. It is written to be read, not to be survived — if anything here is unclear, email us and we will explain it.
What we collect
If you submit the early access form we collect the name, email address, company or studio, role, production type and any message you choose to provide.
Our web server keeps standard request logs, which include IP address, user agent and requested URL. These are used for security and to diagnose faults.
We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling on this website.
How we use it
Information submitted through the early access form is used solely to contact you about access to VFX.plus and to understand what you are producing.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to unrelated marketing lists.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered by email through Resend, our transactional email provider.
This website is served from our own infrastructure and sits behind Cloudflare, which processes request metadata to deliver and protect the site.
Retention
Early access enquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the request. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Server logs are retained on a rolling short-term basis.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email [email protected] and we will action the request.
