How VFX.plus Studio works, what it costs and how to reach us. Our team answers chats while it is online; at other times our assistant answers at once, and anything it cannot settle goes to the team, who answer by email.

Press Chat with us on any page. A person answers when the team is online; otherwise our assistant answers right away and passes you to the team when you ask.
Write to hello@vfx.plus. Reply to our answers by email and your reply joins the same conversation.

Getting started.
Sign up at studio.vfx.plus with your email, or with Google or Apple. Making an account is free.
One plan per studio: US$100 a month (10,000 credits) or US$1,000 a year (120,000 credits). Everyone in the studio shares one wallet.
Buy credits from Billing whenever you need more, from US$10 (₹1,000 in India). Credits never expire.
Every job shows its price in credits before it starts, and Usage lists what each one cost.
Payments and invoices.
India: UPI, cards or net banking in rupees, or a card or PayPal in US dollars. Everywhere else: a card or PayPal.
Every payment has its invoice under Billing › Invoices, ready to download.
Credit purchases are final: credits, used or unused, are not refunded or paid out as money, except where the law requires it.
We remind you 7, 3 and 1 day before. New jobs wait until you renew; your credits stay yours, and you can always sign in, view and download.
When something goes wrong.
Press Report a problem on the failed job. The team sees the job and its error with your message, so you do not have to explain it twice.
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. If you signed up with Google or Apple, sign in the same way, or add a password from your profile.
To report a likeness or copyright problem, choose Rights complaint or takedown when you write to us. It reaches the whole team at once, ahead of everything else.
You can delete your account at any time from Delete account in your profile.
Teams, the app and Avatar.
A studio's owner invites people from Team, chooses what each person can open, and can pause someone or set a daily spending cap.
Sign in with the same account: your credits and your work are the same on the web and on your phone. Credits are bought on the web.
Questions about a likeness licence, an order or a payout go to the same desk: use Contact support on mkt.vfx.plus or in the Avatar app.
